Kralji Markovi otkosi (Delimarkovi otkosi) are located above Kobilini steni on the border between the villages of Milanovo and Opletnya. Among the meadows south of Prshevitsa peak there are rows of low parallel stone crowns (eyebrows), which resemble swathe - stripes of cut grass after scything (‘otkosi’ in Bulgarian). Legend tells that these are the grass stripes of Krali Marko’s scythe – Delimarkovi otkosi – they are so wide and long that only a hero like him could have made them. When a person walks through them, they look like steps, but the stripes can be seen arranged down the grassy slope of the peak only from a distance. Tourists rarely pass through there. Only those climbing from the Rusinov del village to Prshevitsa necessarily cross the Kralji Markovi otkosi.

The other legend tells how Krali Marko was walking with his horse over the rocks, when he heard the neighing of a mare (after all, the area is Kobilini steni – ‘kobila’ = ’mare‘). The horse jumped from the rocks and landed in the area of Padezh above Ochin dol. From the four places where the horse's feet stepped, water gushed out and a spring was formed.
