A restaurant with a park and a panoramic platform overlooking the Iskar Gorge. Besides being a resting and dining stop during walks through the Gorge, the complex is used as a venue for celebrations and festivals amid the tranquility of the Vrachanski Balkan. Within the complex is the monument to Vazov's hero, Dyado Yotso. Next to the monument, there is a gazebo with an incredible view, surrounded by a rock garden built on the natural red sandstone rock.

It operates year-round. On weekends, it is almost always full of visitors from all over the country. It has 36 indoor seats and 60 seats in the garden.
The complex is located 2.5km before the village of Ochin Dol, Mezdra municipality. The turn-off from the Svoge – Mezdra road is about 1.5km. It has free parking for about 20 cars.
